W Dubai - The Palm, Dubai

I had a wonderful time at the resort! The location was perfect, offering a great view of Dubai, and the overall stay was very enjoyable. However, I did notice some noise from the restaurants beneath our balcony at night, which was a bit disruptive.

I was amazed by our engagement surprise in the grand room; it was spacious and well-sorted out despite being used for many parties. The hotel provided a top-notch experience. However, I found the room rate a bit high.

The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms that are clean but may face issues with the sound system after lively events. The service is generally friendly and helpful, with standout staff members like Aisha, although not consistently at a 5-star level. The location is perfect for those seeking a Palm setting with access to a private beach and a pool, though some areas may not meet expectations. The dining options vary, with some positive and negative aspects. Overall, the facilities are enjoyable with room for improvement.

The hotel offers a good experience with modern and spacious rooms but lacks promptness in housekeeping. The service is exceptional, especially with the pool host going above and beyond. The location is delightful, though requiring taxis for city exploration. Dining disappointments were noted, urging a need for improvement.

The hotel's rooms are amazing and the staff is great. Although some areas might need freshening up, overall, my stay was worth every penny.
